One-Day and Two-Day Pass registration fees
If your schedule doesn’t allow you to attend the entire Summit, you can still experience the education and people that move the real estate management profession forward.
You may purchase a One-Day Pass for any day, or a Two-Day Pass for Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 25-26. Full event schedule here.
These passes do not include the Opening Premier Party on Tuesday, Sept. 24 or the Inaugural Gala Dinner and REME Awards on Thursday, Sept. 26. However, you may purchase separate tickets for these events.

You may purchase tickets for any of the following events if they are not included in your registration choice:
Opening Premier Party (One ticket for this event is included with each full registration fee. One-Day and Two-Day Pass holders and other guests may purchase a ticket to attend this event.): Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 6:30 p.m.
Includes heavy appetizers and two drink tickets (certain top shelf or high-end liquors are excluded). Transportation will be on your own.
IREM Foundation Jeans Day: Wednesday, Sept. 25
Your ticket fee will serve as a donation to the IREM Foundation.
IREM Community Service Project: Wednesday, Sept. 25 from 6:30-8:30 a.m.
Community Service Project – IREM in Action!
IREM has partnered with Glide United Methodist Church to feed the homeless during the breakfast shift and assist with everything from serving food and busing tables. Come volunteer for a truly transformative experience and be prepared to roll up your sleeves and make some beautiful human connections.
Fee: $25 donation
Your ticket fee goes entirely to the cost of the project. If you can’t participate in the project, you can still purchase a ticket as a donation.
Get Fit With the Foundation - Yoga Class and Donation: Wednesday, Sept. 25 and Thursday, Sept. 26 from 6:30-7:30 a.m.
- $30 fee and donation for one class (Wednesday, Sept. 25 or Thursday, Sept. 26)
- $50 fee and donation for two classes (Wednesday, Sept. 25 and Thursday, Sept. 26)
Participation is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your ticket fee includes a one-hour yoga class and a donation to the IREM Foundation. Please be aware a yoga mat will not be provided.
Inaugural Gala Dinner and REME Awards Ticket (for One-Day and Two-Day Pass holders and guests): Thursday, Sept. 26 at 6 p.m.

Changes and cancellations
A refund, less a $150 cancellation fee, will be issued if notice of registration cancellation is received in writing on or before Aug. 23, 2019. We will not grant refunds for registration cancellations or for any purchased event tickets after Aug. 23, 2019.
No refunds will be given on unused tickets.
