Checklists and Forms:
Use the checklist and forms for your property type to complete and track requirements and activity points. Return the final checklist and completed forms with your application. Forms list alternative documentation that IREM will accept with your application.

Note: The total size of email attachments must be less than 20MB. A confirmation email will be sent once your application is received. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact us.
The cost to apply for certification is $1,100 for non-members or $660 for IREM members and AMO firms.
