Shaniece Sanford, CPM®, serves on the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Executive Committee. Sanford is a commercial property manager with Quadrangle Management Company, a developer, owner, and operator overseeing two assets totaling half a million square feet of class A commercial real estate in the District of Columbia. Previously,
Sanford worked for Cushman & Wakefield and Brandywine Realty Trust. She is known for both her positive and proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional client service.
Sanford has been extremely involved in the IREM Northern Virginia chapter, where she will serve as director at large and education committee member this year. She has past served on the industry partners committee, the membership committee, and was the chair of the young professionals committee, where she increased IYP event attendance and worked with industry partnerships to develop sponsorships for all events. She was named to IREM’s Thirty Under Thirty list in 2017.
Sanford is a member of the IREM Northern Virginia chapter.
