Instructor and grader advisory board

Purpose:

• Oversight responsibilities for:
• Instructor and Grader recruitment process
• Instructor and Grader training development oversight
• Instructor and Grader continuous learning
• Instructor evaluation metrics
• Instructor assignments and administration

Composition:

• Chair
• Vice Chair
• Additional five to seven members who are not under contract as an IREM instructor or grader
• All serve one-year term

Desired qualifications:

• Knowledge of IREM and its education programs and curriculum. Also credentialing education, adult learning, teaching and presentations training is preferred.
