Federal housing advisory board

Purpose:

• Provide guidance in developing programs for and communicating with IREM members who manage HUD‑subsidized or ‑insured properties
• Meets with HUD, rural development, and other governmental bodies and reviews their directives

Composition:

• Chair
• Vice Chair
• At least five additional members
• All serve one-year term

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in management of government insured or subsidized housing
